Senior Solution Architect Cyber Security (m/w/d)

- You will design customer-specific managed security solutions based on our portfolio – from SOC/MDR, SIEM and vulnerability management to endpoint and cloud security to identity and network security.
- You will be responsible for the technical part of RFI, RFP and RFP responses: solution description, performance cut, quantity structures, SLA and service level design.
- You will calculate, evaluate efforts and risks and make well-founded make-or-buy and technology decisions.
- You ensure a resilient handover to the company – what you promise must be deliverable.
Customer service
- You advise customers at business and decision-maker level on security architecture, target images and roadmaps and translates between technical depth and business risk.
- You will conduct workshops, assessments and solution presentations and represent our solution in bidder presentations and solution defence.
- You classify regulatory requirements – NIS2, ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, DORA, TISAX, KRITIS, GDPR – into concrete service components.
Portfolio and enablement
- You reflect market requirements, competitor observations and customer feedback in a structured way to our product owners and thus provide input for portfolio development.
- You will build reusable solution modules, reference architectures and offer templates so that standard cases run quickly and special cases run smoothly.
- Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including proven experience in architecture, presales or consulting roles with direct customer contact.
- Broad understanding across the security domains and proven depth in at least two fields – for example, SOC/Detection & Response, Cloud Security, Identity & Access, Network Security or Vulnerability Management.
- Experience with managed services models: You know what a service cut, an SLA and an operating model mean in practice – and what they cost.
- Confident handling of common frameworks and regulations (NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2).
- Experience in the preparation of offers and tender responses as well as a basic commercial understanding of calculation and margin.
- Strong communication skills down to the decision-making level: You can explain complex security issues in such a way that a managing director can make a decision.
